FAQ

1) Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?

We ship within the United States only from Dallas, Texas. Most items ship free via standard service. A small number of items use distance-based rates calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

2) When will my order arrive?

Processing takes 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, holidays excluded). Standard delivery is 3–7 business days; expedited options may appear at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking email once your package ships.

3) What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition with tags/packaging. Final-sale items and worn/damaged goods (not carrier damage) aren’t returnable. To start, use the Contact Us form with your order number. After inspection, eligible refunds go to the original payment method. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping; defective/incorrect items are covered by us.

4) Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best—please submit the Contact Us form immediately with “Change/Cancel” in the subject. Once shipped, we can’t alter contents; address changes depend on carrier options and may incur a fee.

5) My order arrived damaged or is missing—what should I do?

Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery notice via the Contact Us form, and include your order number and clear photos (if damaged). We’ll assist with a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
