Return Window & Condition

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags/packaging (include any cases, dust bags, or accessories).

Final-sale items (if labeled), gift cards, and worn or damaged items (not due to carrier damage) are not returnable.
How to Start a Return

Email sales@vistyled.com with your order number, item, and reason.

We’ll reply with instructions and the return address.

After inspection, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank.
Return Shipping Cost

Defective/incorrect items: We cover reasonable return shipping or provide a prepaid label.

Other returns (change of mind/fit): Customer pays return shipping.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
Damaged or Missing Items
Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will assist with replacement or refund.
