Processing
Orders typically process in 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). We’ll email tracking when shipped.
Delivery Times (Estimated)

Standard: 3–7 business days via major U.S. carriers.

Shipping Costs

Most items: Free standard shipping within the U.S.

Some items: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on delivery ZIP and carrier rates (distance-based). Any fees are shown before payment.
Restrictions
We currently do not ship internationally. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for some oversized items.
Lost/Damaged Packages
Report missing or damaged items within 7 days of delivery notice. We will assist with carrier claims or replacements/refunds where applicable.
